We are disturbed because regardless of our sensitivity when we 'begin our journey', regardless of the meaning that we give to the photograph we are looking at, we are given no directions to guide us along our path. No caption, no place, no explanation. We must build our own network of possibilities, or perhaps just sit back and follow the road before us. Yet, page after page, something begins to emerge, to take shape, without ever really knowing what it is. Even if this absence of the tangible may put us off, it is more likely that it will, on the contrary, spark our curiosity thanks to the poetry of the enigma proposed.
